Burnout or Sabbath?

I recently read two articles that really spoke to me. They both revolve around the principle of being intentional with our time, energy, jobs and relationships to provide sabbath and prevent burnout and I figured I’d just share them with you. I believe this is something that most, if not all, adults struggle with. I sure haven’t mastered either of the principles but I definitely value them enough to keep learning about them, working on them and most of all asking God to help with each of them.

I’d love to hear your thoughts if you read these. So for all of those who have battled burnout or feel they struggle with creating a sabbath, enjoy…!
